We stand behind the quality, purity, and potency of all products purchased directly from us. Products purchased from unauthorized sellers are not covered by this guarantee.

Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery and before use. Returns require prior authorization and must be requested within thirty (30) days of receiving your order.

To start a return, please email us at orders@tidewaterpharmacy.com with your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will review your request, provide return authorization, and confirm the appropriate return address.

Please package the item securely and include your order number, name, and address inside the package. If you request a replacement and the product is no longer available, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment.

Items being returned remain the customer’s responsibility until they are received at our warehouse. We recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance to ensure your return arrives safely.
