At Tidewater, I am more than “just a number” and because of that, I know I get excellent service and compassion. In addition to getting my medications filled (plus a million questions answered!), Cheryl and the other pharmacists always ask how I am doing. They care about my wellbeing and check in after hospitalizations and surgeries. I am so grateful for their care and help! I mean seriously. I will never be able to go anywhere else

My experience getting a vaccination shot was so great because the pharmacist (blonde young woman) that gave it to me was so thorough, very nice, and made me feel really comfortable about it all. Also, I didn’t have to wait long to have my shot I was in and out even with the 15 minutes of waiting In case there was a reaction. The Tidewater Pharmacy staff are very pleasant. Lastly, the store is squeaky clean!!

The best of the best! We loved using them for a year with our fur baby! They sure did treat us professionally, kind, warm and worked with us to best take care of our fur baby so he could have alll his meds refilled and in a timely manner. Once even, we had to do a quick refill before a wedding trip out of town, and they worked with us to be able to give the medicine to our family member who was watching him. Just wonderful people! They were so diligent and kind to them that my son said you should use them. We switched 6 years ago and have nothing but the very best experiences with them! I Highly Recommend them. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and deliver curbside when you need it! I can always trust lightning fast prescriptions ready for pickup within 20 minutes of calling (no, seriously!) It is the day before Hurricane Florence is supposed to hit and needed a hard to fill prescription. Had called another Pharmacy and they brushed me off, but then he recommended Tidewater to me and that was the best thing he had done. I walked in and was greeted immediately and made to feel like they really cared. They told me all about the medication and how to dispense it. I will definitely go back.
